    Neurology Support for Veterinary Teams

    NeuroVet Direct provides structured, specialist input from a Board-Certified Veterinary Neurologist — from case-based support to long-term neurology service development.

    All new clinic relationships begin with an introductory call. Ongoing access to services and case support follows onboarding and portal activation.

    Clinical Service 01 — Live

    Live Neurology Consult

    Talk directly with a Board-Certified Veterinary Neurologist and reason through a single case together. The conversation supports today’s clinical decision and strengthens your reasoning for the next case.

    During the consult

    • Neuroanatomic localization
    • Prioritized differentials
    • Diagnostic plan
    • Treatment and management
    • Prognosis and referral thresholds

    Format

    Live remote discussion of a single case, up to 20 minutes. Clinical history, neurological examination, and available diagnostics are shared beforehand for preliminary review. A written report, owner communication, and ongoing messaging or follow-up are not included; new results require a new consult or a Written Case Review.

    Clinical Service 02 — MRI Live

    MRI Live Support

    Live clinical neurology support during your MRI session, with a Board-Certified Veterinary Neurologist connecting the images, the neuroanatomic localization, and immediate clinical decisions.

    Includes

    • Pre-scan framing: clinical question, neuroanatomic targets, key differentials, and scan priorities
    • Guidance during acquisition: live feedback on images to confirm the relevant sequences/regions are being captured
    • Interpretation-to-plan support: key findings translated into immediate medical vs surgical next steps
    • Decision-point support: responsible lesion/disc, CSF timing, surgery vs medical management, or referral decisions
    • Focused acquisition support when appropriate, helping avoid unnecessary repeats or sequences

    Format

    Live clinical support during the MRI session, up to 60 minutes — no written report. Does not include formal radiology reporting or technical MRI protocol design. Additional 30 minutes may be requested.

    Clinical Service 03 — Written Review

    Written Case Review

    A structured neurological clinical report for onboarded clinics, based on the history, neurological examination, and available diagnostics, and delivered through the clinic portal.

    Includes

    • Neuroanatomic localization
    • Prioritized differentials
    • Neurological interpretation of MRI findings and their clinical relevance, where available
    • Implications for the diagnostic and treatment plan
    • Structured written report for the attending veterinarian

    Format

    Written clinical report delivered through the clinic portal. NeuroVet Direct does not offer standalone MRI reporting; the review complements, and does not replace, radiology reporting. Clinical responsibility remains with the attending veterinarian.

    Begins with a Google Meet discovery and scoping call booked through Calendly. The requested service, scope, terms, conditions, price, timing, and any travel arrangements are agreed during or after the call.
