Service Description
NeuroVet Direct provides specialist veterinary neurology support, including case consultation, live clinical guidance, MRI support, neurology service development, and in-clinic training. All services are provided exclusively to licensed veterinary professionals.
Professional Use Only
This service is designed for and restricted to veterinary professionals. NeuroVet Direct does not provide direct veterinary care to animals or advice to pet owners. All clinical guidance is advisory in nature and intended to support — not replace — the clinical judgement of the attending veterinarian.
Clinical Responsibility
Clinical responsibility for patient care remains with the attending veterinarian at all times. NeuroVet Direct provides specialist neurological input and guidance, but all treatment decisions, diagnostic steps, and patient management are the responsibility of the treating clinician and their practice.
Nature of Service
NeuroVet Direct is not a referral centre, emergency service, or veterinary hospital. Services are provided remotely (and on-site where agreed) as specialist consultation and advisory support. Response times are indicative and not guaranteed, though every effort is made to respond within stated timeframes.
Confidentiality
All case information, clinical data, and professional communications are treated confidentially. Information shared during consultations will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law or professional regulatory obligations.
Language
Services may be provided in English, Spanish, or Italian, depending on preference and availability.
Limitation of Liability
NeuroVet Direct provides specialist neurological guidance in good faith and to a professional standard. However, liability is limited to the scope of advisory services provided. NeuroVet Direct is not liable for clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, or any actions taken by the attending veterinarian or their practice based on guidance received.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of NeuroVet Direct services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
